Jem Shaw
Jem's a marketing bod who hit a steep learning curve in the mid-noughties when he met a bunch of finance people with world-changing ideas. His background in marketing the likes of HSBC, IBM, Alibaba and a few other dropworthy names may or may not have proved relevant to the passion he's since developed for financial and cultural inclusion. As CEO of an NGO promoting those aims, he's determined to make a positive mark on creating global prosperity.
He's a halfway decent writer, with a few books to his name and an ability to churn out articles and self-opinionated rants on demand. Something of a nerd at heart, he's been strongly involved in the development of Clarency's technical stack, with a particular emphasis on its user interface. He surrounds himself with an unfeasibly large collection of guitars, presumably under the misguided belief that some sort of osmosis will imbue him with perceptible musical talent.

Bob Blower
Bob is an acclaimed - though somewhat iconoclastic - expert in international banking and payments. As CEO of Clarency, he's led the charge to change financial compliance from derisking regions to derisking the transactions themselves. He's a highly vocal advocate of inter-company cooperation in order to eliminate financial crime.
In what he describes as a semi-glorious career, he's worked in government, technology and financial servicess. He's survived his experiences with banks, HM Treasury and the occasional hand-grenade* to become known as an innovator, a change-maker and all-round troublemaker.
He has a Japanese wife, a miniature schnauzer and hails from Cornwall, which probably accounts for a lot of the above.
